Eyes ahead...
Like most creators, I live to iterate. And I'm making some changes to this newsletter, in the spirit of authenticity and in pursuit of a more enjoyable writing and publishing experience.

Like most creators, I live to iterate. And I'm making some changes to this newsletter, in the spirit of authenticity and in pursuit of a more enjoyable writing and publishing experience.
Here's the new pitch—

I recently realized that I've been unmotivated to publish here—largely because this newsletter was positioned according to what I thought people might want to read, rather than what I wanted to write.
I still really care about the original mission of this publication—to burst the design domain bubble by elevating creative methodologies to people in any industry—and I still plan to do this through the newsletter. But it won't be the primary focus moving forward.
I'm making things a lot more approachable, digestible, and... general. I'll be writing weekly and mixing in all sorts of learnings—not just mapping design concepts to business.
I'm increasingly obsessed with learning, so I'm excited to share more diverse insights (and possibly some cool resources) as I expand the types of things I'm learning about. I plan to share learnings from my adventures in design, entrepreneurship, health, feminism, personal finance, and much more.
I'm going to be writing more short-form, and in a more conversational tone. I was always taught to write very formally, but I can often get in my own way by spinning my wheels and not just publishing already. So expect things to be a bit leaner and easier to scan in upcoming issues 👀
Venture by Design is a humble little newsletter, but I'm still so excited by its potential. More than ever! If you're interested and willing to help me spread the word about this newsletter, please feel free to forward this newsletter to a friend, or share this link:

See you next week! ✌🏼
